I went from kiss my ass world *finger in the air* with an added *hair flip* to this… arg. I am still in the gym but I am NOT getting that endorphin rush anymore. I’ve double checked my nutrition, supplements, environment etc etc. Guess I am just having a down week. Things have got to turn around sooner or later, yeah? I’m trying to just keep my head down and hit the gym, eat my macros and make progress. What is your favorite pick me up when your workouts just arn’t doing it for you?
