Thank you, when I started this fitblr it was just for me. Before any work out I find that one thing that motivates me and post it :] I never thought Id have any followers let alone 33! Its amazing to know I can inspire and motivate healthy changes. Dig deep, make yourself proud!!!

I dont know why I wrote this, just did. Im pretty proud to be honest and I know this is why I see results, no excuses. It was a long road to get to this point and I know by continuing with these lifestyle changes I will reach my genetic potential. I am a stay at home mom from a low income family, with my little one constantly by my side. I don’t have a gym membership(cant afford one), there is no special diet or expensive foods. I make do with what I have. It is what works for me, it is what I had to work with.
